Pharmaceutical LDPE Charge Bags

Charge bags with 2"/4"/6" Tri-clamp ferrules are made from 2 Ply, 80 micron high performance FDA/EU Approved LDPE film. Film is manufactured with an FDA/EU approved Schulman Anti-Static additive. The Ezidock Sanitary Fitting is made from FDA/EU compliant Polypropylene. 

Charge Bags are produced in a Class 10,000 (UN Class 7 ) Cleanroom. Final assembly and individual sleeving of Charge Bags are produced in a Class 100 (UN Class 5) Laminar Airflow Cabinet. Fully manufactured Charge Bags can be provided with Gamma Irradiated or non-irradiated. Gamma Irradiated Charges Bags are indicated by a Red Dot on the carton and on each Charge Bag.

Charge bags come in standard sizes: 1L, 2L 2.5L, 5L, 10L, 15L, 20L, 25L, 40L.  Other sizes available  by request.  Packaged 25 Charge Bags per carton. Tri-clamp Blanking caps and clamps are available for the charge bags. Dimensions of the 25L charge bag with 4" TC opening is shown below.
