Ezidock Connector Chute, Ezidock Clip & Ezi-grip
Ezidock Connector chutes are constructed from 2 ply, 80 micron high performance LDPE film. Film is manufactured with an FDA Compliant Schulman Anti-Static additive. Please contact Contained Technologies if you require other materials of construction.
Ezidock Connector chutes are produced in a Class 10,000 (UN Class 7) cleanroom environment. Final Assembly and individual sleeving of the connector chute is performed under a Class 100 (UN lass 5) Laminar Airflow Cabinet.
Heat seals are tested to ASTM F88-07 - Film to Film - Minimum 22N/25 mm. Connector chutes come in 2", 4" & 6" diameters and can be made to any length required. Standard length is 300 mm. Ezidock sanitary fittings are made from FDA/EU compliant polypropylene.

Ezidock Clip is a clever, yet simple device to enable the operator to:
- Seal Bags (powder and liquid filled)
- Cut off material flow in flexible connector chutes
- Create pass through chambers for flexible glove bags
The Ezidock Clip has a double gasket and crimp to ensure a complete seal. A cord can be added to the Ezidock Clip for additional security.
The Ezidock Clip currently comes in a 4" size. The body is made from Glass filled nylon and the gasket is made from Buna-N. Other gasket materials are available upon request.

Ezi-Grip Shut off Clamp with 175 mm Sealing Edge is a manual hand actuated shut off clamp that enables the user to:
- Clamp the Ezidock bag prior to connecting and discharging through the Ezi-flow CSV4 Contained Transfer System
- Seal bags easily with a simple hand action
- Cut off material flow in flexible connector chutes
- Create pass through chambers for flexible glove bags
- Has cut out holes to install cable tie locks
